In this book she tells the stories of the many people and family who she has encountered, and heard about in her journeys. “Songs of a Gypsy Soul” is about injustice, rebellion, freedom, memories of her native land, love, family, and of dreams and ghosts. Nélida will also perform some dances.

*** Centrum, the multidisciplinary center for arts creation, education, and performance, is now accepting registration for the Port Townsend Writers' Conference. Led by Artistic Director Rebecca Brown, the Conference takes place the week of July 15-22 at Fort Worden State Park, WA

 

 

***Hispanic male actors are needed to depict doctors and patients and the choices facing prostate cancer patients. Taping is part of an academic patient education project. You should be able to play 50+yo. Simple script. Spanish speaking a plus. Shooting will take place in early November.  Pay rate is $50.00 per hour - taping will be around 3 to 6 hours.
